## Description

This was ripped beautifully from the standard [WordPress RSS importer](https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/rss-importer/).
A lot of the functionality was taken from there and tweaked so it could handle atom
feeds so credit to them.

Everything else was done by [Piers Karsenbarg](http://piersonthe.net).

## Installation

Easy way:

 1. Install from WordPress plugin directory
 2. Activate!
 3. The plugin can be used by going Tools > Import > Atom Import

Slightly more complicated way (requires FTP or server access):

 1. Copy the wp-atom-importer.php file into your wp-content/plugins directory
 2. Activate!
 3. The plugin can be used by going Tools > Import > Atom Import
